Free Tool to Combine Screenshots into a Single PDF
Drag and drop multiple PNG / JPEG screenshots — or a ZIP of images organized in folders — to merge them into a single PDF instantly. Perfect for bug reports, software installation guides, evidence documents, and reports. No sign-up required, completely free, files deleted automatically after one hour.
When you need screenshot PDFs
· **Bug reports**: step-by-step screenshots ordered into a reproduction guide PDF · **Software installation guides**: combine screen transitions into one shareable file · **Contract or application evidence**: bundle multiple screen captures to share with stakeholders · **Saving SNS / web content**: PDF-ify scrolling content to read later
Instead of pasting images one by one in Word or PowerPoint, this tool completes the job with a single drag and drop.
Two upload modes
**Individual image mode**: drag and drop multiple PNG/JPEG files directly — up to 20 images at once.
**ZIP upload mode**: send images in a `.zip` while preserving folder hierarchy. Two sub-modes: - **Combine**: merge all images in the ZIP into one PDF, sorted by filename - **Per folder**: generate a separate PDF per top-level folder and return them as a ZIP
Security: zip-slip attack protection, 1,000-file limit, and 1 GB post-extraction limit to prevent zip bombs.
Output PDF quality
· Each image is auto-fitted to an A4 page while maintaining aspect ratio · Transparent PNG backgrounds are converted to white (prevents printing artifacts) · Portrait/landscape is determined automatically from the source image dimensions · Resolution is preserved from the source — no upscaling or quality loss
The combined PDF can be downloaded immediately, entirely in the browser.
Privacy and file storage
Uploaded images are stored temporarily in AWS S3 (Tokyo region) and automatically deleted within one hour of PDF generation. Nothing is stored permanently. Safe to use for internal documents and confidential screenshots.
