Yes. Open your account's "Plan & Subscription" menu and cancel in one click. You keep paid features through the end of the current billing period after cancelling.
No. Payments are handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified) and we only retain the Stripe-issued Customer ID — never raw card data.
Yes. The Free plan includes 1 free AI use per day. Watching reward ads adds up to 9 more uses (10/day total). Ad-granted credits expire at the end of the same day.

AI quota and ad display. • Light (¥450/mo): up to 20 AI uses/day, 100MB upload, 8,000 LLM tokens. Banner ads still shown. • Premium (¥950/mo): up to 50 AI uses/day, 200MB upload, 16,000 LLM tokens. All banner ads hidden.
An upgrade dialog appears. Free users can either watch a reward ad to extend their quota, or upgrade to Light / Premium. The daily counter resets at 00:00 Japan Standard Time.
We don't offer refunds as a rule. However, billing errors (duplicate charges, post-cancellation charges, payment system glitches) are fully refunded — email totonoeai@gmail.com with the transaction ID. If our service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we compensate up to the prorated daily fee for the affected period.
Sign in, open the "Account" menu in the header, click "Plan & Subscription" and you'll land in the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancel before the next renewal date to stop future charges.
