※ The Free Plan provides basic document conversion features at no charge. AI features are available once per day for free, and reward-ad viewing allows up to 10 additional uses per day. ※ The Light Plan (¥450/month) provides AI features up to 20 times per day without ad viewing. ※ The Premium Plan (¥950/month) provides AI features up to 50 times per day with all ads completely hidden. ※ For the Video Processor / AI Minutes audio and video modes: Free Plan requires 3 reward-ad views per use, Light Plan requires 1 view per use, and Premium Plan requires no ad viewing.

Additional Costs Beyond the Price

No fees are payable to us for the use of the Service.

However, internet connection fees, communication charges, and similar costs are the responsibility of the user.

Payment Methods

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, and other card brands supported by Stripe)

Payment processing is handled through the payment service "Stripe" (operated by Stripe Japan K.K.).

Payment Timing

The first charge is made upon completion of registration. Subsequent charges are automatically made on the monthly renewal date (every one month from the initial charge date).

Service Delivery Timing

Paid plan features are available immediately upon completion of payment.

Special Terms on Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

How to Cancel

Users may cancel at any time from the account settings page (the "Plan & Subscription" menu) of the Service. Cancellations are accepted online only.

Service Use After Cancellation

Even after completing the cancellation procedure, users may continue to use the paid plan until the end of the current contract period. After the contract period ends, the account automatically transitions to the Free Plan.

Refund Policy

Fees already paid will not be refunded except in the following cases.

• If a period arises during which the Service cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to us (we will refund or compensate within a reasonable range, capped at the usage fees corresponding to the affected period)
• If a refund is required by applicable law
• In cases of erroneous charges (duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, unintended charges due to payment system failures, etc.) We will verify the facts and, in principle, refund the full amount of the erroneous charge or provide compensation through period extension.

Scope of compensation for system failures: If a period arises during which paid-plan-equivalent features are continuously unavailable due to reasons attributable to us, we will compensate by crediting the next billing period or issuing a refund, capped at the pro-rated daily fee for that period.

However, unavailability due to reasons not attributable to us (internet connections, user devices, third-party service providers, force majeure, etc.) is not eligible for compensation.

No pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining period in the event of mid-term cancellation.

The provisions of this section shall be interpreted in accordance with the Consumer Contract Act and other applicable laws.

Cooling-Off

This Service falls under mail-order sales as defined by the Specified Commercial Transactions Act. The cooling-off (unconditional cancellation) system does not apply to mail-order sales.

For returns and cancellations, please refer to the "Special Terms on Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds" section above.

Contract Period and Auto-Renewal

If you wish to stop auto-renewal, please complete the cancellation procedure by the day before the next renewal date. If you cancel on or after the next renewal date, the fee for the already-renewed period will not be refunded.

Special Sales Terms

1. Free Plan AI Features: Free Plan AI features are available once per day for free, with up to 10 additional uses per day available through reward-ad viewing. The Video Processor / AI Minutes audio and video modes require 3 ad views per use. Note that reward-ad credits are valid same-day (00:00 JST reset) only and do not roll over to subsequent days.
2. Light Plan Usage Limits: The Light Plan (¥450/month) allows AI features up to 20 times per day, file uploads up to 100 MB, and LLM output up to 8,000 tokens. Video/minutes modes require 1 ad view per use.
3. Premium Plan Usage Limits: The Premium Plan (¥950/month) allows AI features up to 50 times per day, file uploads up to 200 MB, and LLM output up to 16,000 tokens. Video/minutes modes require no ad viewing. Banner ads are completely hidden.
